Rebecca Camacho

Attorney

Rebecca Camacho is a seasoned litigator at ACTS Law, bringing nearly two decades of defense experience and a deep concentration in construction defect litigation. Her extensive background representing developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex residential, multi-unit, and commercial disputes gives her a unique perspective and strategic advantage in serving her clients.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has successfully resolved every case she has handled—never taking a matter to trial due to her proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes through mediation and negotiation. Her skill in communicating effectively with opposing counsel and finding common ground has allowed her to consistently deliver efficient, client-focused resolutions without the need for protracted litigation.

Prior to joining ACTS Law, Rebecca was a partner at one of the largest litigation firms in the country, where she led associates and managed high-stakes matters across California. Her reputation for resolving even the most complex disputes with professionalism and precision has defined her practice and makes her a tremendous asset to ACTS Law’s clients.

Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received the Paul S. Jordan Award, was named to the Dean’s List, and was recognized as a National Nominee for the ABA Outstanding SBA President. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine.
