Kevin manages the firm’s insurance bad faith litigation practice. He exclusively represents insurance policyholders in both residential and commercial insurance claims against insurers and insurance agents/brokers. His practice also overlaps with the firm’s wildfire practice group, where he helps pursue those responsible for playing a role in causing ’ fire victims’ harms and losses.
Kevin has a diverse background, having experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, and prosecuting criminal cases as a Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Kevin is known as a passionate litigator, for having strong tactical and technical skills at trial, and for being a good communicator.
