Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Olsson was an attorney at an international law firm where he focused his practice on product liability and mass tort matters. He has managed dozens of cases in federal and state courts and has substantial experience in fact and expert discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.
Having spent several years representing large manufacturers, Mr. Olsson gained unique insight into their legal tactics which he uses to help advocate for his clients. His experience in product defect cases includes serving as national defense counsel for major pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and manufacturing companies including in federal multi-district litigations.
