Throughout her distinguished career, Jill has represented low-income plaintiffs in cases involving discrimination, harassment, sexual assault, wrongful termination, human trafficking, and wage and hour violations. Known for her compassionate, trauma-informed approach, she has served as a tireless advocate for workers and survivors alike.
Her background includes work on the MacLaren Hall case involving thousands of child sexual abuse claims against Los Angeles County. Jill also served as Directing Attorney for the Women and Girls’ Rights Project at Public Counsel, leading policy initiatives advancing workplace justice and gender equity, and providing direct legal services to low-wage workers, students, and survivors of sexual assault across Los Angeles County. Her advocacy extended to legislative reform through collaborations with community coalitions working to strengthen California’s protections for women and families.
