JiEun Choi

Attorney

JiEun Choi is an attorney at ACTS LAW whose practice includes personal injury cases including large loss automobile accidents, product liability, civil rights violations, and sexual abuse and molestation.

Ms. Choi has more than 20 years of experience as a litigator, handling various high-level matters. She has handled several matters involving municipalities, including litigation involving cities, counties, and school districts. She’s also handled several pre-trial matters for various personal injury cases.

With a particular skill in law and motion, Ms. Choi is adept at analyzing legal issues. She’s drafted federal appellate briefs for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, drafted amicus briefs in support of a writ petition in the First District Court of Appeal, argued before the Second District Court of Appeal, and drafted countless motions including MSJs, demurrers, and motions to strike.

She began her career working in immigration, civil, and family law. She also handled national defense matters for Japanese manufacturers. She’s also fluent in Korean.
