Pinar Kermani is an attorney at ACTS Law whose practice areas include childhood sexual abuse and assault, institutional negligence, and other forms of personal injury.
Pinar is involved in various legal organizations including the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Upon graduating from Istanbul University where she received her Bachelor of Science in biology, Pinar then attended Northeastern University where she received her Master of Science in project management, and Southwestern Law School where she received her Juris Doctor in May 2023.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Pinar received The CALI Award in Legal Writing, obtaining the highest score in her class; honors as a Best Brief Writer; worked as a Writing Fellow at the Southwestern Law School’s Writing Center; and served as a Judge Harry Pregerson Public Interest Fellow. Some of her activities included clerking for a judge at the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Juvenile Division; participating in the Bet Tzedek, Employment Law Clinic; LAFLA, Domestic Violence Clinic; One Justice, Naturalization Clinic.
